Jesus Christ calls us to be a joyful community that celebrates God's love, transforms lives, and is a force for justice in the world.

Faith formation is a lifelong opportunity! Come join us as we grow together.

Discipleship Hour

Each Monday at 6:00 PM in the Chapel, join other St. Markans and our Director of Faith Formation Bailey Pickens in exploring what we believe, why we believe it, and why it matters anyway. Sometimes our best learning is from each other; please come and share your heart and mind. Skeptics, contrarians, and true believers welcome with open arms! Snacks are provided. Childcare is available when needed, so please call the church office or get in touch with Bailey Pickens if we can provide it for you!

Koinonia Groups

Click here to read about our monthly small group dinner fellowship opportunities. If you’re interested in joining a group, contact Pastor Bart Smith.

Midweek Manna

A worship-and-study opportunity. Do you enjoy exploring various answers to thought-provoking questions? Come find nourishment for your souls in the Chapel at 8:30 AM on Wednesdays. Participants gather to pray and discuss the Scripture readings for the upcoming Sunday. The heart of this gathering is the dialogue where all are invited to bring their insights and ponderings.

Sunday Morning Forum

Pop-up talk and group discussions and “lunch and learns” connecting faith and life. See the St. Mark’s Calendar, our weekly emails, and monthly newsletter SHALOM for dates and topics.

Sandwich-Making for Casa Maria

An inter-generational, bi-monthly group effort. Join us as we prepare sandwiches and bag lunches for our siblings at the Casa Maria Catholic Worker Community. See the St. Mark’s Calendar for upcoming dates.
