Jesus Christ calls us to be a joyful community that celebrates God's love, transforms lives, and is a force for justice in the world.

In joyful obedience to Jesus Christ, who said, “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in,” St. Mark’s responds to the humanitarian crises at the southern border by hosting an emergency shelter for people seeking asylum for one week per month. You can read about it in a recent article in the Presbyterian Outlook.
